Mike Paone

Mike brings over 30 years of combined experience in design engineering, quality
engineering/management, and construction management to the team. Shortly after completing his
Bachelors of Science in Business Management, he began his career on the General Contractor side in
2006 when he decided to be an owner builder. After building his first house, he quickly realized this was his passion and tested for his Florida GC license in 2008. He began working as a consultant for owner builders helping them make their dream home a reality. Mike continued consulting and in 2011 he started Paone Construction Inc. to start building. Mike has worked in all aspects of construction since then (residential, commercial, storm recovery, fix & flips, and renovations). With his DoD Quality engineering/management experience Mike is always focused on quality/customer satisfaction, and firmly believes the bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of a low price is forgotten.
