Jennifer Lowry serves as the Director of Accounting & Property Management at Vacay Mama, bringing over 25 years of expertise in financial management and high-end vacation rental operations. With a background in business from the University of New Orleans, she relocated to the Emerald Coast in 2017, where she successfully built and expanded her bookkeeping firm into managing luxury short-term rental properties.

Jennifer oversees all financial aspects of Vacay Mama, ensuring seamless accounting operations, revenue optimization, and compliance. Additionally, she plays a key role in property management, implementing strategic solutions that enhance guest experiences, maximize homeowner returns, and maintain the highest standards of care for every property in our portfolio. Her keen attention to detail, organizational skills, and coastal design expertise set her apart in the industry.

Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys paddleboarding along 30A with her dogs and exploring the outdoors. Her dedication to both homeowners and guests is reflected in the five-star reviews and high rate of returning visitors.
